Did you know if you are aged 13 or over you can be seen by your doctor or a Practice nurse, by yourself, in complete confidence?

The Mix is a UK based charity that provides free, confidential support for young people under 25 via online, social and mobile.
Let's Talk About It
Let's Talk About It offer specialist services in Southampton, Portsmouth, Winchester, Basingstoke, Andover and Aldershot. Our specialist services include:
- Sexually transmitted infection (STI) treatment
- Contraception such as the injection or implant
- Unplanned pregnancy services
- HIV treatment
These services are overseen by a doctor.
We also offer access to the full range of sexual health services in all our locations including:
- Sexually transmitted infection testing
- Contraception
- Emergency contraception
- Pregnancy testing
- HIV testing
- Chlamydia testing and treatment
- Free condoms
- Psychosexual counselling
- Sexual health information and advice
- Referral to vasectomy services
These services are provided by nurses trained in sexual health services.
