iTalk is a counselling service provided free to NHS patients aged 16 and over.  They offer a selection of group, individual,  face to face, telephone ior online  counselling plus have lots of useful information on their website. You can self-refer on their website, calling them or emailing them.

Hampshire Youth Access

Hampshire Youth Counselling for children and young people started on 1st April 2023. Self-referrals are now open for young people aged 5-17 (or 24 for care leavers or SEND) in Hampshire, Portsmouth and Southampton. 

Please visit Referral Form - HYA (hampshireyouthaccess.org.uk) to complete the online self-referral. You can complete the referral yourself or if you are a parent/guardian on behalf of a young child or person. Please be aware there is a waiting list.
